Trading & E-commerce (Products): Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placement or before the item has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once an item is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Service Contracts (Infrastructure/Solar/Railway): Cancellation of service contracts is subject to the specific terms mentioned in the signed Service Level Agreement (SLA). Mobilization fees or advance payments for materials already procured are non-refundable.
B. Returns and Replacements

Due to the nature of our products (Spices, Coffee, Tea), returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
